Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation and Sagging Floor Repair in Rome City, IN

A homeowner in Rome City, Indiana was concerned about the floor in his home being uneven in a few areas.  Our Certified Field Inspector Isaac thoroughly inspected the crawl space and found high humidity as a cause for the floor joists sagging.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Jorge encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier and installed SmartJacks to stabilize the floors above.
