A homeowner in Charlottesville, Indiana was concerned about possible mold growing in her crawl space due to noticing musty smells in her home.  Our Certified Inspector Eric met with the homeowner to discuss her concerns and provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and noticed high humidity levels and moisture from a lack of proper insulation and a vapor barrier.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Beto and Nelson sealed the crawl space walls and ground with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed SilverGlo thermal wall insulation, and installed a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to help reduce humidity and moisture levels.
