Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Peru, Indiana had a stone foundation wall in her basement that was bowing inward significantly and nearing complete wall failure.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Denis and Marcos finished a complete foundation wall rebuild with block to provide permanent stabilization.  

This homeowner in Seymour, Indiana had bowing foundation walls causing water to leak through.  Our Foreman Wes and his crew members John, Jon-Wesley, and Hunter installed a WaterGuard perimeter drainage system, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, and Geo-Lock wall anchors to stabilize the bowing foundation walls. 

A homeowner in Seymour, Indiana was concerned about large stair-stepping cracks in her block basement foundation wall that continued to get larger over time.  Our Certified Inspector Cory recommended permanently stabilizing the walls before a complete foundation wall failure occurs.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Edwin, and Kevin installed a total of 6 C Channel Wall Anchors to prevent the wall from moving any further.
