Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Fort Wayne, Indiana noticed a large horizontal crack in his basement wall causing water to seep through.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Denis, Marcos, Jorge, and Edwin installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system around the perimeter of the the basement to redirect any water seepage to a sump pump and Geo-Lock wall anchors to stabilize the walls and prevent any further movement. 

A homeowner in Winchester, Indiana had a wall in his basement that was near complete collapse and needed to be replaced.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Nazario, and Edwin replaced this existing foundation wall with a new block foundation to provide permanent stabilization.

A homeowner in Auburn, Indiana was concerned about the exterior of his foundation crumbling into his crawl space.  Our Certified Field Inspector Isaac provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and exterior of the foundation.  He recommended rebuilding the section of the crumbling foundation with block which was completed by our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Javier and Jose.
