Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

This homeowner in Noblesville, Indiana had some water damage on her basement walls.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Emilio and Hector installed a WaterGuard floor drainage sysetm around the perimeter of the basment to collect any water passing through the walls and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump.  

A homeowner in McCordsville, Indiana had an old existing sump pump in her crawl space with no lid that was allowing moisture and humidity to increase in the crawl space.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew installed a SuperSump pump system that will keep the crawl space dry. 

A homeowner in McCordsville, Indiana was concerned about the sidewalk leading up to her front door being unlevel and causing a tripping hazard.  Our Certified Field Inspector Jeremiah recommended PolyLevel® polyurethane foam injection to lift and stabilize the concrete quickly and effectively.  Our Foreman Beto completed the project and the homeowner now no longer has to worry about anyone tripping on the sidewalk.

Doug's crawl space was vented, which was causing moisture and high humidity.  Our Foreman Nolan and his crew encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
