Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Indianapolis, Indiana was concerned about discoloration on her basement walls and a few wet spots on the floor.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector and Victor installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system, CleanSpace wall vapor barrier, and a TripleSafe sump pump to keep the basement dry. 

A homeowner in Pittsboro, Indiana was concerned about musty smells coming from the crawl space causing high humidity during warmer months.  Our Certified Inspector Cory thoroughly inspected the crawl space and noticed pools of water on an existing vapor barrier and took a moisture reading that showed very high humidity.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Mario encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, sealing the crawl space dirt floor and walls from moisture passing through. 

A homeowner in Leo, Indiana noticed low spots in his floors and was concerned about the structural support in the crawl space.  Our Certified Field Inspector Eric provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and found extensive wood rot and cracking in the floor joists which was causing sinking and poor floor support above.  Eric recommended steel jacks and beam to provide more permanent support of the floors above.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Melvin installed a total of 6 SmartJacks and 22 feet of steel beam.

Homeowner Jason had a substantial amount of water in his basement.  Our Foreman Jon installed a WaterGuard French Drain System and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to remove the water. 

This homeowner in McCordsville, Indiana needed an upgrade on her crawl space door/entry way to help keep out moisture and bugs.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew installed a Crawl Space Turtle Door.
