Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Leo, Indiana noticed low spots in his floors and was concerned about the structural support in the crawl space.  Our Certified Field Inspector Eric provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and found extensive wood rot and cracking in the floor joists which was causing sinking and poor floor support above.  Eric recommended steel jacks and beam to provide more permanent support of the floors above.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Erick and Melvin installed a total of 6 SmartJacks and 22 feet of steel beam.

Homeowner Jason had a substantial amount of water in his basement.  Our Foreman Jon installed a WaterGuard French Drain System and a TripleSafe Sump Pump to remove the water.

This homeowner in Noblesville, Indiana had some water damage on her basement walls.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Emilio and Hector installed a WaterGuard floor drainage sysetm around the perimeter of the basment to collect any water passing through the walls and redirect it to a TripleSafe sump pump.
