A homeowner in Columbus, Indiana had a small window in her basement, but there was no access in our out of the basement and she had plans to turn part of the room into a bedroom. Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Nazario, Olvin, and Edwin installed an Egress Window with a RockWell window well.
A homeowner in Columbus, Indiana noticed cracking in the exterior of his foundation. Our Certified Cory recommended a total of 8 helical piers to permanently stabilize the foundation and lift the home back to its original level. The piers were installed by our Foreman Evert and his crew members Adam, Edwin, Ramon, and Eliuc.
A homeowner in Columbus, Indiana was planning to sell her home, but an issue with bowing foundation walls was found on the inspection report. Our Real Estate Response Team Program Manager Eric inspected the foundation walls and recommended permanent stabilization with our Geo-Lock wall anchors. Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Kevin completed the installation.
A homeowner in Columbus was experiencing water infiltration along their basement walls. Inspector Cory recommended a comprehensive solution including full wall removal, perimeter drainage, wall encapsulation, and a new sump pump installation to ensure lasting protection.
Foreman Adam and his crew removed 23 feet of compromised basement wall, installed a new sump pump for reliable water removal. They laid 25 feet of WaterGuard perimeter drainage around the foundation footing and applied 25 linear feet of CleanSpace Wall System to create a continuous moisture barrier. This integrated approach transforms the basement into a consistently dry, secure space.
Before the project, Robert had dealt with severe basement flooding during heavy rains—sometimes up to a foot of water, damaging flooring and belongings. With plans to stay in the home long‑term and eventually finish the basement, he scheduled a free inspection and estimate, and Cory recommended a full waterproofing system with wall protection and window well drainage.
After work began, the transformation was significant. Isaias and his crew installed the WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter and connected it to a TripleSafe pump system for dependable, high‑capacity protection. IceGuard fittings and a LawnScape outlet ensured water could discharge safely, even during freezing weather. CleanSpace Wall System panels were added to manage wall moisture and prepare the basement for future finishing.
Because water had also been entering through the window wells, the crew installed a WellDuct drainage system and set the new egress window and well in place, reinforcing the opening with PowerBraces. Rim joist insulation was added to improve comfort and energy efficiency—an important upgrade for any future basement plans.
Robert now has a dry, protected basement built for long‑term reliability and ready for future finishing. If you’re experiencing leaks or planning improvements, schedule your free estimate today:
