A homeowner in Elwood, Indiana was concerned about the stability of his basement foundation wall due to it crumbling in several areas.  Our certified inspector Rob recommended permanent wall stabilization to prevent the wall from falling in.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Kevin installed our EverBrace Foundation Wall Restoration System to take the place of the failing foundation wall and provide permanent stabilization. 

This homeowner needed a full basement waterproofing system, along with a sump pump replacement.  Our foreman Jon and his crew installed a WaterGuard below floor drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump. 

A homeowner in Ingalls was experiencing issues with crawl space insulation and structural framing. Inspector Cory recommended targeted repairs and upgraded insulation to improve comfort and efficiency.

Foreman Sai and his crew completed box framing repairs as indicated in the proposal, reinforcing the crawl space structure. They installed SilverGlo insulation panels with mechanical fasteners and added Rim Joist Insulation as shown in the drawings, helping create a more energy-efficient and stable environment.

Our production team installed a full CleanSpace encapsulation system to stop moisture from passing through this customer's floors and concrete walls.
