Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Edwardsport, Indiana was concerned about unlevel spots in the floors on the main level of his home.  Our Certified Inspector Cory recommended stabilize the sagging floor joists below by install steel jacks and a main beam to prevent any further shifting of the floors.  Our Foreman Harrison and his crew members Dewey, Brandon, and Juan installed SmartJack support posts for permanent stabilization of the wooden floor joists in the crawl space. 

This homeowner in Bloomingdale, Indiana had a damp crawl space.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members installed a crawl space vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through the ground. 

A homeowner in Bloomingdale, Indiana had plans to add a bedroom in his basement but needed a window.  Our Certified Inspector Cory met with the homeowner and recommended an Egress Window for easy access in case of an emergency and to add natural lighting to the room.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin and Kevin installed an Egress Window with a RockWell window well. 

This homeowner in Fowler, Indiana was very concerned about the foundation walls in her basement due to large stair-stepping cracks and water leaking in.  Our Foreman Yahir and his crew members Hector and Dennis installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system to collect water passing through the walls and PowerBraces to permanently stabilize the foundation walls.  

A homeowner in Fowler, Indiana was very concerned about the stability of his floors in the home and he also noticed interior dry wall cracks forming.  Our Certified Inspector Grant provided a thorough inspection of the crawl space and noticed the main wooden beam in the home had cracked and caused the floors above to become uneven.  Our Foreman Evert and his crew members Edwin, Miguel, and Ramon installed SmartJack support posts with a steel beam to stabilize the floors above.
