Basement Systems of Indiana Before & After Photos

A church owner was concerned about the condition of the basement after noticing water seeping through the walls during heavy rains.  Our Certified Inspector Casey noticed that the existing sump pump in the basement was no longer functioning properly and needed to be replaced along with adding an interior perimeter drainage system.  Our Foreman Emilio and his crew members Jose and Marcos installed our patented WaterGuard drainage system and a TripleSafe sump pump. 

Homeowner Jerry needed a new crawl space door to replace his previous leaky, exterior door.  Our Foreman Joe installed an EverLast crawl space door to seal the crawl space from the outside air.  

A homeowner in Veedersburg, Indiana had an existing sump pump that needed replacement due to not being able to handle high volume.  Our Foreman Chris and his crew members Dakota and Anthony installed a SuperSump pump to replace the existing basement sump pump.  

A homeowner in Veedersburg, Indiana noticed water leaking through her basement walls during heavy rain.  Our Foreman Isaias and his crew members Olvin, Nazario, and Edwin installed a Trench Drain in a tight corner of the basement where the furnace was located to collect any water passing through the walls and floor. 

In Pine Village, structural concerns led Inspector Rob to recommend a full foundation support system.

Foreman Isaias installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors with 12"x18" supports, C-Channels, and Hide-A-Way covers to reinforce bowing walls. Helical Piers were driven to stabilize the foundation, with anchor extensions used to bypass porch obstacles.

After excavating and backfilling around the affected walls, the home’s foundation was restored—secure, supported, and ready to stand the test of time.
