This homeowner in Fillmore, Indiana had a damp, moldy crawl space with no encapsulation system. Our Foreman Joe and his crew installed a TripleSafe Sump Pump, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, and the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier encapsulation system.
Before: Don’s crawl space in Fillmore was damp, moldy, and structurally compromised, creating serious concerns about moisture and stability. He scheduled a free inspection and estimate with crawl space specialist Terry to find a permanent solution.
After the inspection, Terry recommended a full encapsulation system combined with structural reinforcement and humidity control. Foreman Josh and his crew began by performing soda blasting to safely remove mold, mildew, and debris without damaging surfaces. They then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to seal out ground moisture and improve air quality. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with a condensate pump was added to maintain low humidity and prevent mold growth.
For water management, the team installed IceGuard fittings, a LawnScape outlet, and the Twin Pack pump system with primary and backup pumps for reliable protection. Electrical upgrades included new outlets for the sump system and dehumidifier, plus an additional 20-amp outlet for residential use. To restore structural integrity, SmartJack supports were placed under weakened joists, a sister joist was added, a supplemental beam installed, and a damaged sill plate replaced.
Now, Don has a clean, dry, and structurally sound crawl space that will protect his home for years to come. If you’re facing crawl space moisture or structural issues, schedule your free estimate today:
