A homeowner in Coatesville, Indiana noticed a musty smell coming from her crawl space and suspected water and possibly mold.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Troy, Juan Pablo, and Jesus encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to prevent moisture from passing through the ground and block walls. 

In Coatesville, a homeowner noticed uneven concrete and cracking along the walkway to their front steps. Inspector Terry recommended a stabilization and sealing solution.

Foreman Beto injected two-part polyurethane foam beneath the walkway and steps to lift and stabilize the surface. He then sealed the visible cracks using NexusPro, creating a clean, flexible finish that protects against water intrusion.

By the end of the project, the entryway was level, safe, and restored with minimal disruption.

Foreman Joe began by injecting two-part polyurethane foam beneath the designated areas to stabilize and gently lift the concrete. This process worked in coordination with existing PolyLyft products already in place, ensuring consistent support across the entryway.

Once the surface was level, the crew applied SealantPro to the concrete, creating a protective barrier against moisture, stains, and surface deterioration.

The result was a clean, stable, and long-lasting entry path—restoring both safety and curb appeal with minimal disruption.

Before contacting Basement Systems of Indiana, Haylee was looking to improve natural light and structural integrity in her basement. Her existing setup lacked proper access and showed signs of foundation stress. To find a lasting solution, she scheduled a free inspection to explore options for an egress window and support upgrades.

Specialist Isaac recommended installing a RockWell egress window system with structural enhancements, including a concrete lintel and wall anchors. Foreman Isaias and his crew handled permitting and utility locating, then installed a 72” concrete lintel above the new 48”x48” sliding window, reinforced with block rows. Two PowerBraces were added to stabilize the foundation wall.

To complete the upgrade, a RockWell with lid was installed for durability and improved light. Hide-A-Way anchor covers were added for a clean finish, and a new exterior entrance was created. While the window well improves access and light, it does not include waterproofing, so water may collect if not tied into a drainage system.
