Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Ossian, Indiana had water leaking into her basement in several areas.  We installed a WaterGuard floor drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and CleanSpace wall vapor barrier to redirect the water seepage to a sump pump.

Alissa's basement was taking in a substantial amount of water. Our production crew installed a WaterGuard French Drain System and a TripleSafe Sump Pump.  

Homeowner Rakesh in Fort Wayne contacted Basement Systems of Indiana for a free inspection and estimate to resolve basement water issues and improve wall protection.

Inspector Mike recommended installing the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system and a lateral line using 4" sock tile, terminating inside the sump pit. A TripleSafe Sump System was also proposed, featuring dual cast iron pumps, a battery backup, and a WaterWatch alarm. The system included IceGuards and a LawnScape outlet for exterior discharge.

Foreman Evert and his crew installed the drainage system and sump components as outlined in the job drawing. They also added the CleanSpace Wall System to protect against wall moisture.
