A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with duct kit was added to maintain low humidity, powered by a dedicated outlet. For access and stability, new crawl space entrances were cut, CMU block sealed the rear wall, and structural repairs included SmartJacks, steel shims, a supplemental beam, and band board blocking.
