After the inspection, Mark recommended a comprehensive approach: full encapsulation, humidity control, and reliable waterproofing. Foreman Josh and his crew began by removing old fiberglass insulation and preparing the area for encapsulation. They installed a TripleSafe pump system with primary and backup pumps, an UltraSump battery backup, and all components for dependable water removal, along with a SmartSump pump for added protection. Electrical upgrades included new outlets and a sub-panel for safe operation. The team then encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace system, added drainage matting, and performed soda blasting to remove mold and debris. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to maintain low humidity, and The TurtL crawl space entry system was added for secure access. Finally, downspouts were buried with 10 feet of discharge line and LawnScape outlet for proper water management.
