Before: Diane’s crawl space in Carmel was damp and inefficient, raising concerns about moisture, mold, and energy loss. She contacted Basement Systems of Indiana for a free inspection and estimate with crawl space specialist Mark to find a permanent solution.
After the inspection, Mark recommended a full encapsulation system, humidity control, and insulation upgrades. Foreman Josh and his crew began by performing soda blasting to safely remove mold and debris, then installed the CleanSpace Encapsulation System with Drainage Matting to seal out ground moisture. A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was added for humidity control, supported by new electrical outlets and an additional 20-amp outlet. For water management, the team installed a SmartSump pump system with exterior discharge. Additional upgrades included SilverGlo insulation on walls and rim joists, plus a new EverLast crawl space door for durability.
