Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Atwood, Indiana was concerned about musty smells in his crawl space and he also found pools of water when peaking into the crawl space.  Our Certified Field Inspector Mike recommended having the existing damaged vapor barrier removed and replaced with our CleanSpace encapsulation system.  The water intrusion would be resolved with our patented TripleSafe sump pump system and StarPipe interior crawl space drainage system.  The project was completed by our Foreman Josh and his crew members Nelson and Allam.  

Kathy's floors throughout her home were sagging and cold.  Our Lead Installer Todd installed SmartJacks to stabilize the floors and used CleanSpace vapor barrier to encapsulate the crawl space.
