Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Pendleton, Indiana had a dirt, vented crawl space, which allowed moisture and humidity levels to increase.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Evert, Kevin, and Erick encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to seal the ground and block walls. 

A homeowner in Atwood, Indiana was concerned about humidity and mold in his crawl space creating a poor living environment throughout the home.  Our Certified Inspector Mike recommended first remediating the mold in the crawl space and then changing the environment with an encapsulation system and dehumidifier.  Our Foreman Josh and his crew members Nelson and Allam used baking soda to treat the mold, installed CleanSpace vapor barrier, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
