Carey, our 2025 Project Giveaway winner in Franklin, received a complete crawl space transformation designed to improve both structural stability and moisture control. After Inspector Jay’s evaluation, Foreman Harrison and his crew stabilized the floor system with SmartJack supports and a steel supplemental beam, then fully encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace. Debris was removed, piers were wrapped, vents were sealed, and an EverLast door was installed to fully protect the space. To finish the project, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier and SmartDrain system were added to control humidity, reduce odors, and help create a healthier home environment.
