Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Hoagland, Indiana had significant water and humidity issues in his crawl space.  Our Certified Inspector Jay did a thorough inspection and the crawl space identifying mold growth and high humidity as a result of water intrusion with no escape route.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Nelson and Juan installed an EZ Flow drainage system and sealed the crawl space ground and walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier. 

A homeowner in Cedar Grove, Indiana had some concerns about humidity and moisture rising into his home from his crawl space.  Our Certified Inspector Cory recommended sealing the crawl space ground and insulating the walls to prevent moisture.  He also discussed a waterproofing system and dehumidification to control the environment in the crawl space.  Our Foreman Sai and his crew members Beto and Nelson encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier, installed SilverGlo thermal insulation, a TripleSafe sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.  

A homeowner in Richmond, Indiana noticed low spots in his floors and was also concerned about humid air rising from the crawl space.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Mario and Erick installed a SmartJack support post to stabilize the crawl space floor joists and encapsulated the ground and walls with CleanSpace vapor barrier.  SilverGlo thermal wall insulation was also added to the block crawl space walls as well. 

Jeff's crawl space was poorly insulated and did not have an effective encapsulation system.  Our production crew encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, installed SilverGlo Wall Insulation, and a Smart Sump Pump.
