Inspector Devon recommended a full CleanSpace Encapsulation System, sealing crawl space vents and installing a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to control humidity. To stabilize the structure, the plan included a SmartJack support system, a sister joist, a supplemental beam, sill plate replacement, and band board blocking. An EverLast Door was also included for durable exterior access.

Soda blasting was performed to safely remove mold and mildew, ensuring a clean start for the encapsulation.
