Crawl Space Repair Before & After Photos

A homeowner in Fishers, Indiana was concerned about humidity and moisture rising into the main level of his home from his crawl space and basement.  Our Certified Inspector Devon recommended encapsulating the crawl space and adding a dehumidifier to help control the environment in the entire home.  Our Foreman Harrison and his crew members Brandon and Harry installed CleanSpace vapor barrier and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.

A homeowner in Denver, Indiana was concerned about humid air and dampness in his crawl space.  Our Certified Inspector Terry met with the homeowner and recommended that a dehumidifier be installed to help reduce the humidity and moisture levels in the crawl space.  The dehumidifier was installed by our Service Tech Aaron. 

A homeowner in Columbus, Indiana had concerns about humidity and moisture in his crawl space due to a lack of an effective vapor barrier and outside air leaks.  Our Foreman Joe and his crew members Brian, Troy, and Juan Pablo encapsulated the crawl space with CleanSpace vapor barrier to isolate the earth from the home, which prevents moisture from passing through.
