- Foreman Joe and his crew enlarged the crawl space access opening to improve entry and installation access
- A StarPipe drainage system was installed to collect and direct water beneath the home
- A SuperSump system was added with a cast iron pump, airtight lid, CleanPump stand, WaterWatch alarm, IceGuard protection, a 15-foot discharge line, and a LawnScape outlet
- CleanSpace encapsulation was installed throughout both crawl spaces to help isolate the area from ground moisture and outside air
- SilverGlo insulation was added to improve energy efficiency and temperature control
- A SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier was installed to maintain healthy humidity levels
- Additional electrical outlets were installed to support the waterproofing and dehumidification systems
